摘要
目的探讨盐酸利托君治疗未足月胎膜早破患者的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月至2023年1月曲阜市人民医院收治的86例未足月胎膜早破患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组使用硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用盐酸利托君治疗,比较两组母婴结局、胎儿纤维连接蛋白(fFN)水平、线粒体膜电位(MMP)水平及用药安全性。结果观察组剖宫产率低于对照组,新生儿出生体重及出生后5 min Apgar评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后fFN、MMP检测值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸利托君能够有效松弛未足月胎膜早破患者的子宫平滑肌,改善患者母婴结局,并保障用药安全。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ritodrine Hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes.Methods A total of 86 preterm premature of membranes patients in Qufu County People’s Hospital from May 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate,while the observation group was treated with Ritodrine Hydrochloride based on the control group.The maternal and infant outcomes,the levels of fetal fibronectin(fFN)and mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP),and medication safety were compared between the two groups.Results The cesarean section rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the neonatal birth weight and Apgar score at 5 min after birth in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the detection values of fFN and MMP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total proportion of patients with adverse reactio ns in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ritodrine Hydrochloride can effectively relax the uterine smooth muscle of patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes,improve the maternal and infant outcomes of patients,and ensure medication safety.
