摘要 目的优选欣胃颗粒剂最佳成型工艺,为欣胃颗粒剂的开发利用提供参考。方法2020年9月至2022年2月,以G1-熵权法确定各指标权重,选取浸膏相对密度、辅料用量和辅料种类为考察因素,采用三因素三水平正交实验,以休止角、颗粒溶化浊度、颗粒吸湿率和颗粒成型收率为考察综合指标,确定欣胃颗粒剂最优成型工艺。结果评价指标休止角、颗粒溶化浊度、颗粒吸湿率和颗粒成型收率的组合权重分别为0.3672、0.1724、0.1919、0.2685。欣胃颗粒剂最佳成型工艺为,辅料采用乳糖与可溶性糊精的混合物,最佳配比浸膏与辅料比为1∶3,浸膏相对密度为1.20~1.30(80℃测)。结论优选的欣胃颗粒剂成型工艺颗粒流动性较好,颗粒成型率高,物料平衡误差可控,工艺稳定可行,可为欣胃颗粒剂的工业化生产提供实验依据。 Objective To optimize the optimal forming process of Xinwei granules,and to provide references for the development and utilization of Xinwei granules.Methods From September 2020 to February 2022,the weight of each index was determined by G1-entropy weight method,and the relative density of the extract,the amount of auxiliary materials and the types of auxiliary materials were selected as the investigation factors.Three-factor three-level orthogonal experiments were used to determine the angle of repose,particle melting turbidity,particle moisture absorption rate and particle forming yield,which were used as the inspection indexes to determine the optimal molding process of Xinwei granules.Results The combined weights of the angle of repose,particle melting turbidity,particle moisture absorption rate and particle forming yield were 0.3672,0.1724,0.1919 and 0.2685 respectively.The optimal forming process of Xinwei granules was as follows:the auxiliary material was a mixture of lactose and soluble starch,the optimal ratio of the extract to auxiliary material was 1∶3,and the relative density of the extract was 1.20-1.30(measured at 80℃).Conclusions The preferred Xinwei granules molding process has good particle fluidity and high particle forming rate.The material balance error is controllable,and the process is stable and feasible,which can provide experimental basis for the industrial production of Xinwei granules.
