激光制孔对热障涂层热震失效的影响分析

摘要 激光制孔应用于航空发动机叶片气膜孔制备,具有效率高、无材料选择性的优势,但是目前针对激光制孔诱导的裂纹、重铸层等对热障涂层服役的性能影响的研究并不深入。通过毫秒、飞秒激光对带热障涂层的GH4169镍基高温合金试样进行制孔,然后在1150℃的高温下进行抗热震性能测试。结果表明:激光制孔诱导裂纹是导致陶瓷层剥落的重要因素,其与陶瓷层内部裂纹共同作用导致陶瓷层剥落,而孔侧壁重铸层内部裂纹会导致重铸层剥落。毫秒激光制孔存在大量裂纹和较厚重铸层,而飞秒激光制孔孔壁裂纹相对较少,孔壁无明显重铸层,试样表现出更优异的抗热震性能。 The application of laser drilling in the preparation of aeroengine blade film holes has the advantages of high efficiency and no material selectivity.However,the impact of laser drilling induced cracks,recast layers on the performance of thermal barrier coatings in service has not been thoroughly studied.Holes were made on GH4169 nickel-based high temperature alloy samples with thermal barrier coatings using millisecond and femtosecond lasers,and then thermal shock resistance was tested at a high temperature of 1150℃.The result indicated that laser induced crack formation is an important factor,together with internal cracks in the ceramic layer,leading to the peeling of the ceramic layer.Meanwhile,internal cracks in the recast layer on the side wall of the hole can lead to the peeling of the recast layer.There are a large number of cracks and recast layers in millisecond laser drilling,while there are relatively few cracks on the hole wall of femtosecond laser drilling and there is no obvious recast layer on the hole wall.Relatively speaking,the sample exhibits better thermal shock resistance using femtosecond laser.
