摘要
为了解决气化渣堆存造成的环境污染和资源浪费等问题,以煤气化渣为主要原料,辅以石英、高岭土、长石和滑石等陶瓷原料,以SiC为发泡剂制备发泡陶瓷。采用高温烧结发泡制备发泡陶瓷隔墙板,研究了球磨时间、烧成温度、保温时间及物料的不同配比对发泡陶瓷形貌及性能的影响。结果表明,最佳组成为:煤气化渣60%(质量分数,下同),石英10%,长石15%,高岭土10%,滑石5%和碳化硅0.2%;最佳工艺条件为:球磨时间10 min,烧成温度1190℃,保温20 min。在上述条件下制备的发泡陶瓷体积密度为450 kg/m3,抗压强度为6.2 MPa,产品性能符合标准T/CBCSA 12-2019《发泡陶瓷隔墙板》中产品密度标号450的要求。
To solve the environmental pollution and waste of resources caused by the accumulation of coal gasification slag,foamed ceramic partition plates were prepared by using gaseous slag as the main raw material,and adding quartz,kaolin,feldspar,talc and SiC.The foamed ceramic partition plates were prepared by high-temperature sintering foam.The influence of ball milling time,sintering temperature,holding time,and different proportions of materials on the morphology and properties of foamed ceramic partition plates were studied.The results showed that the best composition was 60%of coal gasification slag,10%of quartz,15%of feldspar,10%of kaolin,5%of talc and 0.2%of silicon carbide.The optimum process conditions were ball milling time of 10 min,sintering temperature of 1190℃,holding time of 20 min.The bulk density and compressive strength of the foamed ceramics partition plates prepared under this condition were 450 kg/m3 and 6.2 MPa,and the product performance met the requirements of product density No.450 in T/CBCSA 12-2019"Foamed Ceramic Partition Slab".
