摘要
分别采用ICP-OES、ICP-MS和AAS3种测定方式对土壤中重金属铬的含量进行测定。通过比较校准曲线、方法精密度、准确度等参数,对3种方法进行了对比。通过实验结果可知,3种方法均符合相应技术及质量控制要求,但各方法也有自己的优缺点,各实验室可根据实际情况进行选择。
The content of the heavy metal chromium in the soil was determined by ICP-OES,ICP-MS and AAS,respectively.The three methods were compared by comparing the calibration curves,method precision,accuracy and other parameters.The experimental results showed that all three methods met the corresponding technical and quality control requirements,but each method had its own advantages and disadvantages,and each laboratory should choose suitable method according to the actual situation.
