淮海经济区人居环境气候舒适性评价 被引量:1

Climate comfort assessment of human settlement environment in Huaihai Economic Zone

摘要 基于1951—2019年淮海经济区9个国家气象观测站逐日气温、风速、相对湿度、日照时数等资料,计算温湿、风效、穿衣指数和综合舒适度指数,并结合GIS空间插值法,揭示其人居环境气候舒适性时空变化特征.结果表明:近70 a来,在年际变化下,淮海经济区温湿、风效指数呈一定幅度的上升,穿衣指数呈递减趋势,气候表现为变暖的趋势.人居环境气候舒适度趋势为春、秋季趋于更加舒适,适宜穿衬衫和常用便服;夏季趋于偏热、不舒适,适宜穿着短袖开领衫;冬季趋于冷、较不舒适,适宜穿厚实外套.在季尺度下,10月(秋季)为本区气候最舒适的月份,综合舒适度指数呈现东南向西北递减的趋势,东南部的连云港、宿迁、宿州、徐州高达9.0;四季舒适度特征表现为秋季>春季>夏季>冬季.在月尺度下,淮海经济区人居环境气候舒适性较高,处于舒适、较舒适的月份长达7个月,基本集中在春、秋两季,舒适度年内分布呈现M型变化. Based on the data of temperature,wind speed,relative humidity and sunshine time from 9 meteorological stations in Huaihai Economic Zone from 1951 to 2019,the indexes of temperature humidity,wind effect,clothing and comprehensive comfort were calculated.The temporal and spatial variations of climate comfort of human settlement environment were analyzed by using of spatial interpolation techniques of Geographic Information System(GIS).The results showed that,under the interannual variability,the temperature humidity and wind effect indexes increased to a certain extent,and the dressing indexes showed a decreasing trend,showing that the climate clinged to be warmer in the past 70 years of Huaihai Economic Zone.At the same time,the comfort of the human settlement environment tended to be more comfortable in spring and autumn,and shirts and commonly casual clothes were suitable.The summer tended to be hot and uncomfortable,suitable for wearing short-sleeved open-necked shirts.The winter tended to be cold and uncomfortable,suitable for wearing thick coats.At the seasonal scale,October(autumn)was the most comfortable month in the region,the comprehensive comfort indexes showed a decreasing trend from southeast to northwest,with Lianyungang,Suqian,Suzhou and Xuzhou districts in the southeast as high as 9.0.The overall comfort characteristics of the four seasons were autumn>spring>summer>winter.On monthly scale,the climate and environment comfort of human settlement were high in Huaihai Economic Zone,the periods of climate comfortable and more comfortable were 7 months,which were basically concentrated in spring and autumn,and the distribution showed M type changes.
