摘要
目的研究湿疹患者采用中医温针灸结合刺络拔罐技术进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择2020年12月—2022年12月在包头市蒙医中医医院中医调养门诊接受治疗的80例湿疹患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组开展常规治疗方案;治疗组在常规方案基础上采用中医温针灸结合刺络拔罐技术进行治疗。对比两组研究对象治疗前后湿疹面积及严重程度评分(Eczema Area and Se⁃verity Index,EASI)、睡眠质量、瘙痒程度评分、皮肤状态相关指标、治疗总有效率、瘙痒症状消失、皮肤外观复常、治疗总时间、不良反应。结果治疗后,治疗组患者湿疹EASI评分为(1.39±0.17)分、睡眠质量(6.92±4.47)分、疼痛程度(1.97±0.36)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.604、2.925、7.534,P<0.05)。治疗组皮肤状态指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组瘙痒症状消失、皮肤外观复常、治疗总时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿疹患者采用中医温针灸结合刺络拔罐技术进行治疗,可迅速控制瘙痒等湿疹症状,帮助改善睡眠质量和皮肤状态,减轻炎症反应,减少不良反应,缩短治疗时间,提高治疗总有效率。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of eczema patients with Chinese medicine warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with piercing and cupping technique.Methods From December 2020 to De⁃cember 2022,80 patients with eczema who were treated in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinic of Baotou Mongolian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random num⁃ber table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine treatment;the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine warm acupunc⁃ture combined with pricking and cupping on the basis of conventional scheme.The Eczema Area and Severity Index(EASI),sleep quality,pruritus score,skin status related indicators,total effective rate of treatment,disappearance of pruritus symptoms,skin appearance recovery,total treatment time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the treatment group had lower eczema EASI score as(1.39±0.17)points,sleep quality as(6.92±4.47)points and pain degree as(1.97±0.36)points than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.604,2.925,7.534,P<0.05).The level of skin status index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance of pruritus symptoms,the recovery of skin appearance and the total treatment time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of eczema patients with traditional Chinese medicine warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with piercing and cupping technique can rapidly control itch⁃ing and other eczema symptoms,help to improve the quality of sleep and skin condition,reduce the inflammatory reac⁃tion,reduce adverse reactions,shorten the treatment time,so that the total effective rate of the treatment can be in⁃creased.
