摘要
基于自我决定理论,构建和谐式激情和强迫式激情在服务型领导和反馈寻求行为关系中的双元路径模型,探讨员工正念在服务型领导和双元工作激情关系中的调节作用。运用结构方程检验466份有效样本,结果发现:服务型领导通过双元工作激情影响员工反馈寻求行为;正念正向调节服务型领导和双元工作激情的关系,还进一步调节服务型领导通过双元工作激情影响反馈寻求行为的间接效应。研究结论为组织重塑服务型领导风格和提升员工反馈寻求行为提供了实践启发。
Based on the theory of self determination,this paper constructs a dual path model of harmonious work passion and obessive work passion in the relationship between servant leadership and feedback seeking behavior,and explores the moderating role of employee mindfulness in the relationship between servant leadership and dual-work passion.Using structural equation to test 466 valid samples,the results show that servant leadership influences employees’feedback seeking behavior through dual-work passion;Mindfulness positively regulates the relationship between servant leadership and dual-work passion,and further regulates the indirect effect of servant leadership on feedback seeking behavior through dual-work passion.The research conclusion provides theoretical reference and practical inspiration for reshaping servant leadership style and improving employees’feedback seeking behavior.
