摘要
某炼化企业70万吨/年连续重整装置包括预加氢处理、重整反应和后分馏部分,该文利用模拟软件、设计参数核实比对、机泵额定功率核算等综合计算方式,对70万吨/年连续重整装置进行了能源消耗核算,分析得出装置实际的能耗分布和能源消耗情况,指出了装置实际能耗与完成情况的偏差,同时提出了节能方向。
The 0.7 MMt/a continuous reforming unit of Changling company includes pre-hydrotreating,reforming reaction and post-fractionation part.This paper uses simulation software,design parameters verification,and pump rated power,calculation to calculate the energy consumption of the 0.7 MMt/a continuous reforming unit.The actual energy consumption distribution and situation of the unit are analyzed,and the deviation between the actual energy consumption and the completed situation is analyzed and the energy saving direction is put forward.
