摘要
随着电气化铁路的快速发展,接触网零部件服役失效问题频现。本文以实际服役现场接触网整体吊弦典型失效问题为例,从现场调研与实测、失效形貌与性能测试、实际受力工况仿真、试验再现、改进措施建议等5个方面分析了接触网零部件的失效分析方法和对策,为接触网零部件失效分析提供解决方案,保障电气化铁路的运营安全。
With the rapid development of electrified railway,the problems of failure of OCS components in service frequently occur.Taking the typical failure problem of the OCS integral dropper in the actual service site as an example,the paper puts forward the analyzing methods of failure and countermeasures of the OCS fittings from five aspects,including site investigation and measurement,failure morphology and performance test,simulation of actual stress conditions,test reproduction,and suggestions for improvement measures,so as to provide solutions for analyzing the OCS fittings and ensure the operation safety of electrified railway.
