摘要
利用2014~2022年获取的12期国产高分辨率遥感卫星影像和矿区修复前后3期无人机影像,对其进行配准、融合、镶嵌等一系列处理后,采用目视解译方法提取研究区域图斑变化信息,用以监测评价谭家山煤矿区经水资源破坏治理、地形地貌景观治理、土地综合整治等工程修复前后的生态环境变化情况和治理效果。所提取信息能很好地反映煤矿区自2020年工程修复开始至2022年结束的全过程生态环境变化情况,并清晰显示修复后的谭家山煤矿区基本实现水系联通与恢复、裸露山体复绿、土地资源恢复提质,修复区人居生态环境得到显著改善。提出采用多源、长时序遥感影像分析矿区变化情况,结果客观、准确,可为矿区生态保护修复工程的监测监管提供参考和途径。
Using 12 domestic high-resolution remote sensing Satellite imagery acquired from 2014 to 2022 and 3 UAV images before and after the mine area restoration,after a series of processing such as registration,fusion,mosaic,etc.,the information of map spot changes in the study area is extracted by visual interpretation method to monitor and evaluate the water resources destruction and management,landform and landscape management The ecological environment changes and governance effects before and after the restoration of land comprehensive improvement projects.The extracted information can well reflect the ecological and environmental changes throughout the entire process of the coal mining area from the restoration project in 2020 to the end of 2022,and clearly show that the restored Tanjiashan coal mining area has basically achieved water system connectivity and restoration,exposed mountain greening,and land resource restoration and improvement,and the ecological environment of the restored area has been significantly improved.It is proposed to use multi-source and long-term remote sensing images to analyze the changes in mining areas,and the results are objective and accurate,which can provide reference and approach for the monitoring and supervision of ecological protection and restoration projects in mining areas.
