摘要
近年来,我国各类突发公共卫生事件时有发生,尤其是刚刚过去的新冠疫情更是对我国各行各业都造成了极大的冲击和影响,高校图书馆也在所难免。在此背景下,作为面向高校师生服务的重要公共空间,高校图书馆不仅需要对自身在疫情防控期间的工作进行经验总结,亦需要及时转变服务方式并优化服务流程,从而为高校师生提供高质量的、便捷化的图书馆服务。
In recent years,various public health emergencies have occurred in China from time to time,especially the COVID-19 that has just passed has caused great impact on all walks of life,and university libraries are also unavoidable.In this context,as an important public space for serving university teachers and students,university libraries not only need to summarize their own work experience during the epidemic prevention and control period,but also need to timely change service methods and optimize service processes,in order to provide high-quality and convenient library services for university teachers and students.
