摘要
为了有效提高风力机的输出功率,提出了出口处带有一定高度边缘的扩张型集风罩。本文首先数值模拟了不同形状集风罩的流场,得出了边缘高度、扩张角和长度等参数对集风罩性能的影响规律,并分析了其流动机理。对含有集风罩S型垂直轴风力机的气动性能进行数值模拟,验证了集风罩的增效作用,计算结果表明:当尖速比为0.7时,有集风罩的S型风力机比同款无集风罩的风力机风能利用系数提高了36%。
In order to effectively improve the output power of the wind turbine,an expanded wind turbine shroud with a certain height edge at the wind turbine outlet is proposed.In this paper,the flow field of different shape wind turbine shroud is numerically simulated to get the influence rules of different geometric parameters such as edge height,expansion angle and length on the wind turbine shroud performance,and its flow mechanism is analyzed.The aerodynamic performance of the S-type vertical axis shrouded wind turbine is numerically simulated to verify the increasing generated power effect of the wind turbine shroud.The calculation results show that at the tip speed ratio of 0.7,the S-type shrouded wind turbine increased 36%of wind-power utilization coefficient compared with the open S-type wind turbine.
