摘要
介绍了开发生产42CrMo圆钢的生产实践。通过优化成分设计,严格控制冶炼、轧制各工序参数,生产的42CrMo合金结构圆钢化学成分偏差小、纯净度高,w(P)≤0.016%,w(S)≤0.010%。氧质量分数不超过2.0×10^(-5),氮质量分数不超过5.0×10^(-5)。低倍组织检验全部合格,金相组织为P+F+B,组织晶粒细小均匀,晶粒度稳定在8级。圆钢夹杂物含量较少,球状氧化物类夹杂物0.5级。各项力学性能指标均满足GB/T 3077—2015的相关规定。
To introduce production practice of developing and producing 42CrMo round steel.By optimizing composition design and strictly controlling process parameters of smelting and rolling,the 42CrMo round steel produced has small chemical composition deviation and high purity,w(P)≤0.016%,w(S)≤0.010%.Oxygen mass fraction not exceeding 2.0×10^(-5),nitrogen mass fraction not exceeding 5.0×10^(-5).Microstructure inspection is all qualified,and microstructure is P+F+B,Grain size of organization is fine and uniform,and grain size is stable at level 8.The content of inclusions in round steel is relatively low,with spherical oxide inclusions of grade 0.5.All mechanical properties indicators meet relevant provisions of GB/T 3077—2015.
