摘要
为了达到现浇梁板支架和模板质量的强度与承载力要求,保障施工质量与安全性,研究现浇梁板施工结构混凝土施工质量控制方法。通过工程概况分析、支架搭设与支架预压等过程,为所研究工程设计现浇梁板施工结构混凝土施工支架与模板;对所设计的支架与模板各位置质量参数实施验算监测,实现对现浇梁板施工结构混凝土施工质量和安全性的控制。结果表明,该方法控制下设计的支架与模板的腹板、顶底板、底模模板等位置的强度与承载力等参数均比所研究工程的施工质量要求值小,可达到该工程的强度与承载能力要求,能够实现有效控制工程中现浇梁板施工结构混凝土施工质量,为工程的整体施工质量与安全性提供有效保障。
In order to meet the strength and bearing capacity requirements of the quality of cast-in-situ beam and slab support and formwork,and ensure the construction quality and safety,the construction quality control method of cast-in-situ beam and slab structural concrete is studied.Through the process of project overview analysis,support erection and support preloading,the concrete construction support and formwork of cast-in-situ beam and slab construction structure are designed for the studied project.The quality parameters of each position of the designed support and formwork are checked and monitored to realize the control of the construction quality and safety of cast-in-situ beam and slab structural concrete.The results show that the strength and bearing capacity of the web,top and bottom plates,bottom formwork and other positions of the support and formwork designed under the control of this method are smaller than the construction quality requirements of the studied project,can meet the strength and bearing capacity requirements of the project,effectively control the construction quality of cast-in-situ beam and slab construction structure concrete in the project,and provide an effective guarantee for the overall construction quality and safety of the project.
