摘要
以某油田拟用煤气替代天然气为例,对现有的燃料气管网进行核算,通过选取管线的最大流速以及利用Aspen Plus软件模拟计算的方法,确定出现有燃料气管网的设计负荷,并分别对4种煤气替代天然气方案的管线流量及流速进行计算,通过与现有燃料气管网的设计负荷进行对比,确定出最优的煤气替代天然气方案。
This paper takes an oilfield which replace natural gas with gas as an example,to calculate the existing fuel gas pipe network,by selecting the maximum flow rate of the pipeline and using Aspen Plus software simulation calculation method,to determine the design load of fuel gas pipe network,and then respectively calculate the pipeline flow and flow rate of four kinds of gas alternative natural gas schemes.By comparing with the design load of the existing fuel gas pipe network,the optimal gas replacement scheme is determined.
