摘要
为研究软岩巷道锚索锚固区内外顶板离层机理,以贯屯煤矿50213工作面回风巷为工程背景,基于叠加法原理建立软岩巷道锚索锚固区内外顶板离层力学模型,推导得到了锚索锚固区内外顶板离层量及锚固载荷的计算公式,分析了锚索锚固区内外顶板离层量的影响规律,确定了各因素的影响程度,依次为巷内顶板支护强度>实体煤帮支护强度>煤柱支护强度。通过相似模拟对锚索锚固区内外顶板离层演化规律和离层原因进行了分析,并提出了高预紧力长锚索“倒梯形”支护技术,并通过数值模型对围岩控制效果进行模拟,结果表明:优化后围岩塑性区显著减小,顶板最大下沉量较原方案下降了50.7%;帮部最大位移较原来下降了38.2%,有效解决了软岩巷道锚索锚固区内外顶板离层的问题,保证了巷道围岩的稳定性。
In order to study the mechanism of roof separation inside and outside the anchorage area of soft rock roadway,taking the air return way of 50213 working face in Guantun Coal Mine as the engineering background,based on the principle of superposition method,the mechanical model of the inner and outer roof separation of the anchor cable anchoring area of the soft rock roadway is established.The calculation formula is used to analyze the influence law of the amount of roof separation inside and outside the anchor cable anchoring area,and the influence degree of each factor is determined.Through similar simulation,the evolution law and cause of the separation of the roof inside and outside the anchoring area of the anchor cable are analyzed,and the inverted trapezoidal supporting scheme of high pretension long cable is proposed,and the control effect of surrounding rock is tested by numerical simulation.The simulation results show that the plastic zone of surrounding rock is significantly reduced after optimization,the maximum subsidence of the roof is reduced by 50.7%compared with the original plan;the roof separation is under control,ensuring the stability of the roadway surrounding rock.
