摘要
本文对群桩混凝土施工重难点进行了分析,梳理出了解决要点,通过桩基施工指挥平台集成了混凝土计划方量、混凝土入场称重、混凝土实时浇筑方量、地图路线导航、车辆定位等数据信息,实现了混凝土施工的高效调度,较好的解决了桩基混凝土估方不准确,现场混凝土运输堵塞超时造成混凝土离析,甚至引发桩基浇筑堵管等问题,显著提高了混凝土的运输、浇筑效率。
Analyzing the tough points in the construction of group pile concrete,the paper combs out the keys to solve them by integrating the data information of concrete plan,concrete weighing,real-time concrete pouring,map route navigation,and vehicle positioning,etc.The paper realizes efficient dispatching of concrete construction and solves the problems like the inaccurate estimation of concrete in deep foundation,concrete segregation caused by the time-out of concrete transportation,which may cause the pouring and blocking of pipe in pile foundation.
