摘要
企业的可持续发展与员工的个人成长相辅相成、相互依存。没有企业就无法给员工提供职业发展的环境,没有员工的努力,企业则难以获得成功。因此,人力资源成为现代社会的战略资源,在促进经济发展中发挥着“加速器”的作用。而如何对人力资源管理的流程进行科学细化和合理优化成为人力资源精细化管理的重要内容,并且受到社会和企业的广泛关注。基于此,本文以饲料企业为研究对象,分析了人力资源精细化管理的作用,并根据饲料企业人力资源精细化管理现状,提出探索与实践的相关建议,旨在为饲料企业的可持续发展提供有效支撑。
The sustainable development of enterprises and the personal growth of employees are mutually reinforcing and interdependent.Without an enterprise,it is impossible to provide employees with an environment for career development.Without the efforts of employees,it is difficult for enterprises to succeed.Therefore,human resources have become the strategic resources of modern society and play a role of“accelerator”in promoting economic development.How to scientifically refine and reasonably optimize the process of human resource management has become an important part of human resource refinement management,and has been widely concerned by society and enterprises.Based on this,this paper takes feed enterprises as the research object,first analyzes the role of human resource refinement management,and according to the current situation of human resource refinement management in feed enterprises,puts forward relevant suggestions for exploration and practice,aiming at providing effective support for the sustainable development of feed enterprises.
