摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘分析肛瘘术后中药口服用药规律。方法:以“肛瘘术后、中药口服、中药复方、创面修复”为关键词,设置时限为1990-2020年,检索中国知网、万方、维普及中国生物医学文献数据库收集文献,采用频次统计、分层聚类、关联规则分析数据挖掘方法,分析肛瘘术后高频口服用药及组方规律。结果:筛选出符合条件文献112篇,涉及处方112首、药物173味,总计频次1 483次,高频药物30味;药物功效以补益气血类、清热利湿类和活血止痛类为主;药性方面,四气中寒、温、平最多,五味中苦、甘、辛最多,归经中归肝、胃、肺、脾经为主。基于关联规则得到常用核心中药组合17个。结论:肛瘘术后口服中药,总以“扶正祛邪”为治则,以“补益气血”“清热利湿”“活血止痛”为治法。
Objective To analyze the rule of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine after anal fistula operation based on data mining.Methods With the key words of"postoperation of anal fistula,oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,and wound repair",the time limit was set from 1990 to 2020,the relevant literature were collected by searching CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Database.The data mining methods of frequency statistics,hierarchical clustering,and association rule analysis were used to analyze the high-frequency oral medication and prescription rules after anal fistula surgery.Results Totalled 112 papers were selected,involving 112 prescriptions,173 drugs with a total frequency of 1,483 times and 30 high-frequency drugs.In terms of pharmaco-effect,the high-frequency drugs were mainly those for benefiting qi and nourishing blood,clearing heat and promoting diuresis,and activating blood circulation and relieving pain;in terms of pharmaco-properties,cold,warm and neutral properties were of the most common;in terms of five tastes,bitter,sweet and pungent were of the most common;and in terms of meridian tropism,liver,stomach,lung and spleen meridians were of the most common.Based on the association analysis 17 TCM core pairs and groups were obtained.Conclusion Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine after anal fistula surgery takes"supporting the vital qi and dispelling the pathogenic qi"as the treating principle,and"benefiting qi and nourishing blood","clearing heat and promoting diuresis","invigorating blood and relieving pain"as treating methods.
