摘要
目的探讨宫颈管内镜下宫颈锥切术治疗高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床效果。方法选择2010—2020年在枣庄市妇幼保健院接受宫颈管内镜下宫颈锥切术治疗的高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变患者,共计100例。其中50例为治疗组,50例为对照组。治疗组采用宫颈管内镜下宫颈锥切术进行治疗,对照组采用传统的开放式宫颈切除术进行治疗。比较两组患者的手术指标、治疗效果及复发率等相关数据。结果治疗组和对照组的疾病复发率分别为4%和10%,治疗组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的治愈率为90%,而对照组患者的治愈率为80%,治疗组的治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组手术时间、出血量、住院天数等指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈管内镜下宫颈锥切术是一种安全有效的治疗高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变的方法,具有手术创伤小、复发率低等优点。应广泛开展临床应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of cervical cone resection under cervical endoscopy in the treatment of advanced cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Method A total of 100 high-level cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients who underwent cervical endoscopic cervical conization treatment at Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2010 to 2020 were selected.Among them,50 cases were in the treatment group and 50 cases were in the control group.The treatment group was treated with cervical cone resection under cervical endoscopy,while the control group was treated with traditional open cervical resection.Compare the surgical indicators,treatment effectiveness,and recurrence rate of two groups of patients.Result The disease recurrence rates in the treatment group and control group were 4%and 10%,respectively,and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate of the treatment group was 90%,while the cure rate of the control group was 80%.The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The surgical time,bleeding volume,and hospitalization days in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic cervical conization is a safe and effective method for the treatment of advanced cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,with the advantages of minimal surgical trauma and low recurrence rate.Clinical applications should be widely carried out.
