摘要
本文介绍了为加强医疗大数据中心的数据安全而打造的一套完整的数据安全保障体系。该体系以数据安全管理制度、运营管理和安全技术3个角度为核心,同时结合数据分类分级贯穿数据全生命周期,在多应用场景下实现全面的数据安全保障。该安全保障体系不仅仅适用于本地医疗大数据中心,还可以为其他省级、国家级医疗大数据中心安全建设提供参考。通过该体系的建立和实施,可以有效保护医疗大数据中心的数据安全,为医疗信息化发展提供坚实的数据保障。
This paper introduces a complete data security system to strengthen the data security of medical big data centers.The system has three core aspects:data security management system,operation management,and security technology,and combines data classification and grading to realize comprehensive data security in multiple application scenarios throughout the data life cycle.This security system is not only applicable to local medical big data centers,but can also provide reference for the security construction of other provincial and national medical big data centers.By establishing and implementing this system,the data security of medical big data centers can be effectively protected,providing a solid data guarantee for the development of medical informationization.
