摘要
为了简化钢结构装配式住宅现浇楼板支模体系施工,通过对目前国内钢结构住宅现浇楼板支撑体系进行对比分析研究,并结合现行规范,提出一种新型的模板支撑体系,该新型模板支撑体系由悬挂系统+桁架梁+方木+模板组成,相比已有的钢结构住宅现浇楼板支模体系,具有施工方便、无支撑架、对主体结构基本无影响、周转率高、不受降板及板跨变化影响等优点,具有较好的适用性。对该新型模板支撑体系进行有限元分析,经计算,受力合理且结构安全可靠,说明该体系在钢结构装配式住宅现浇板施工中具有推广价值。
To simplify the construction of the cast-in-place floor formwork system for steel structure prefabricated residential buildings,combining with the current specifications,a new type of formwork support system is proposed by comparing and analyzing the current domestic steel structure residential cast-in-place floor formwork support system.The new formwork support system consists of a suspension system+truss beam+square wood+formwork.Compared with the existing steel structure residential cast-in-place floor formwork system,it has the advantages of convenient construction,non-support frame,little impact on the main structure,high turnover rate,and not being affected by changes of board lowering and span,and good applicability.The finite element analysis of the new template support system shows that the force is reasonable and the structure is safe and reliable.It indicates that the system has promotion value in the construction of cast-in-place slabs in steel structure prefabricated residential buildings.
