摘要
国家翻译研究能力作为国家翻译能力的组成部分,对构建国家翻译能力概念体系意义重大。国家翻译研究能力指一国研究队伍凭借一定的研究资源采用相对应的研究方法发现、分析和解决与翻译实践和翻译认识相关议题的能力。本文基于该概念初步建构了一个由一个一级指标、五个二级指标和十四个三级指标构成的国家翻译研究能力指标体系,并根据该指标体系对我国翻译研究能力的现状进行分析,最后就提升我国国家翻译研究能力给出四点建议。
National translation research capacity,as a component of national translation capacity,is significant to the construction of the conceptual system of national translation capacity.National translation research capacity refers to the ability of a country's research team to discover,analyze and solve issues related to translation practice and translation cognition by using corresponding research methods with certain research resources.Based on this concept,an indicator system consisting of one primary index,five secondary indexes and fourteen tertiary indexes is initially constructed,and the current situation of China's translation research capacity is analyzed according to this system,and finally four suggestions are given for improving China's national translation research capacity.
