手电启闭分体式水闸自动化改造

摘要 手电启闭分体式水闸难以满足灌区河道远程统一管理、调度总体建设要求。面临闸门远程启闭、流量水位自动化检测的核心难题,本文利用远程操控平台,借助5G通信实地传回水位、流量信息,以“计算机三维数值模拟测量法”动态改变流量系数,配套PLC控制芯片、光电转换芯片、PWM数模转换模块、充电控制器形成的闸门智能控制单元,实现自动化操控,解决改造工程中的核心难题。此次改造满足总体建设要求,能实现与拆除重建测控一体化闸门同等效果。 The manual electric separate type sluice cannot meet the overall construction requirements of remote unified management and scheduling of irrigation areas and rivers.Faced with the core challenge of remote gate opening and closing,and automatic detection of flow and water level.Using a remote control platform and 5G communication,the water level and flow information are transmitted back to the field.The flow coefficient is dynamically changed using the“computer threedimensional numerical simulation measurement method”,and a gate intelligent control unit is formed by matching PLC control chips,photoelectric conversion chips,PWM digital to analog conversion modules,and charging controllers to achieve automated control and solve the core problems in the renovation project.The renovation meets the overall construction requirements and can achieve the same effect as the demolition and reconstruction of integrated measurement and control gates.
