摘要
乡村振兴战略背景下,美丽乡村建设在城乡协调发展中的重要性和迫切性日益凸显。本文对南海区全域1073.82平方公里、六镇一街286个村(居)开展规划研究,针对南海乡村发展不平衡的特征和差异化的景观风貌,提出“三大分区+四大分类”的引导框架体系,并进一步明确建设规划导则及样板村概念规划的技术内容。通过分批打造农村人居环境整治特色精品示范村(居)示范引领,不断提升南海区的城乡人居环境,带动全区生态宜居美丽乡村规划建设上迈上新台阶。
Under the background of Rural Revitalization strategy,the importance and urgency of beautiful rural construction in the coordinated development of urban and rural areas have become increasingly prominent.This paper carries out a planning study covering 286 villages of six towns and one street within the whole area of 1073.82 km^(2)in Nanhai District,and puts forward the guiding framework system of"three zones+four classifications"in view of the characteristics of unbalanced rural development and differentiated landscape styles in Nanhai,and clarifies the construction planning guidelines and the technical content of the conceptual planning of model villages.Through the characteristic boutique village demonstrations and guidance of rural living environment improvements in batches,the urban and rural living environment in Nanhai District has been continuously improved,and the planning of ecologically livable and beautiful villages has been brought upto a new level in the region.
