摘要
本文介绍了新风光电子科技股份有限公司一套6kV/4MW/4MWh高压级联储能系统,在充矿能源下属某煤矿公司作为应急供电电源的应用情况。采用高压级联储能系统,可在全矿主变压器停电情况下快速恢复关键负荷供电,满足井下扇风机和副井提升机的应急供电需求,极大的提高了井下作业人员的安全系数。同时主变正常运行时,该系统可合理分配电池容量进行峰谷套利,用于部分投资成本的回收。现场应用情况表明,高压级联储能系统,在煤矿类等有应急供电系统需求的工商业现场有很好的应用效果。
This paper introduces the application of a set of 6kV4MW4MWh high-voltage cascade emergency energy storage power supply system in WindSun Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.as an emergency power supply system in a coal mining company affiliated to Yanzhou Coal Mining Co.,Ltd.The high-voltage cascade emergency energy storage power supply system is adopted,which can quickly restore the power supply of key loads in the event of a power failure of the main transformer of the whole mine,meet the emergency power supply requirements of underground fans and auxiliary shaft hoists,and greatly improve the safety factor of underground operators..At the same time,when the main transformer is running normally,the system can reasonably allocate battery capacity for peak-valley arbitrage,which can be used to recover part of the investment cost.Field applications show that the high-voltage cascade emergency energy storage power supply system has a good application effect in industrial and commercial sites that have emergency power supply system requirements such as coal mines.
