摘要
麻黄-白术药对能够宣肺健脾、化痰止咳,可用于多种病因导致的小儿慢性咳嗽。该药对可通过降低咳嗽网络神经敏感性、减轻气道炎症、降低气道高反应、改善黏液高分泌状态、抑制气道重构等多种药理作用发挥止咳效果,同时二者相互拮抗,能够降低麻黄生物碱的不良反应,增加麻黄、白术在效应器官中的分布,延长有效成分在体内停留时间,达到减毒增效的目的。
Ephedra sinica Stapf-Atractylodes macrocephala herb pair can promote lung and spleen,reduce phlegm and relieve cough,and can be used for children with chronic cough caused by a variety of causes.The medicine can play a cough suppressant effect by reducing the sensitivity of cough network nerve,reducing airway inflammation,reducing airway hyperresponsiveness,improving the state of mucus hypersecretion,inhibiting airway remodeling and other pharmacological actions.At the same time,the two antagonism can reduce the adverse reactions of Ephedra sinica Stapf-Atractylodes macrocephala herb pair,increase the distribution of Ephedra sinica Stapf-Atractylodes macrocephala in effector organs,and prolong the residence time of active components in the body,thus achieve the purpose of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency.
