摘要
采用GC-MS对云南麻栗坡县的坚叶樟(Cinnamomum chartophyllum)自然群落中的20株植株叶精油化学成分进行了检测。总计鉴别出70种成分,其中单萜类化合物35种(占总精油种类的50%),倍半萜类化合物33种(占47.1%)以及苯丙烯类化合物2种(占2.8%)。基于精油主成分进一步将20株单株划分为8种化学类型,即芳樟醇型、1,8-桉叶油素型、橙花叔醇型、β-石竹烯型、甲基丁香酚型、喇叭茶醇型、混杂型Ⅰ和混杂型Ⅱ等。1,8-桉叶油素型为本群落特征性化学型,9株单株(45%)叶精油皆以1,8-桉叶油素为主成分,含量介于26.95%~56.75%之间。此外,本次调查还发现了1株优良单株,甲基丁香酚含量占叶精油相对含量的87.01%。研究结果可为今后樟属植物保护和育种提供参考数据。
The leaf essential oil profiles of Cinnamomum chartophyllum population(twenty plants)from Malipo County of Yunnan Province were detected with GC-MS(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer).A total of 70 chemical constituents were identified,including 35 monoterpenoids(50%of the total essential oils),33 sesquiterpenoids(47.1%)and 2 phenylpropenes(2.8%).According to the main components of leaf essential oils,8 chemotypes were classified,namely linalool type,1,8-eucalyptol type,nerolidol type,β-caryophyllene type,methyl eugenol type,ledol type,mixed typeⅠand mixed typeⅡ.The population was characterized as 1,8-eucalyptol type due to 9 plants,accounted for 45%containing 1,8-eucalyptol from 26.95%to56.75%content.What's more,a fine strain which contained methyl eugenol content of as high as 87.01%in leaf essential oils was also selected.The result will provide reference for the protection and breeding of Cinnamomum.
