基于产教融合的校企“双主体”协同育人路径研究 被引量:12

摘要 双主体协同育人是推进教育创新发展的重要抓手,能有效深化产教融合教育发展实践。目前,校企双主体协同育人发展存在教育权责不明确、教师教学适应能力不足及教育流程设置不合理等多方面问题,影响双主体的协同育人质量。因此,高校应基于双主体协同育人特点,充分运用明确管理权责、加强教师队伍建设、深化教育评估等多种策略,做好发展改革创新,发挥产教融合发展的教育优势,提升高校双主体协同育人质量。 The“Double Subjects”collaborative education is an important starting point to promote the innovative development of education,which can effectively deepen the development practice of production-education integration.At present,there are many problems in the development of“Dual Subjects”collaborative education of school and enterprise,such as unclear educational rights and responsibilities,insufficient teaching adaptability of teachers and unreasonable setting of educational process,which affect the quality of“Dual Subjects”collaborative education.Based on the characteristics of“Dual Subjects”collaborative education,colleges and universities should make full use of various strategies,such as clarifying management rights and responsibilities,strengthening the construction of teachers,deepening education evaluation,do a good job in development,reform and innovation,give full play to the educational advantages of production-education integration,and improve the quality of“Dual Subjects”collaborative education in colleges and universities.
