摘要
以糯玉米品种‘申科糯602’为材料,基于室内发芽试验,研究了油菜、紫云英、蚕豆和豌豆4种绿肥作物地上器官(茎、叶、花)水浸提液对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用。结果表明:4种绿肥作物不同地上器官水浸提液在不同浓度下对玉米种子发芽和幼苗生长产生不同的化感效应,整体呈现为“低促高抑”的化感规律,即低浓度促进玉米种子发芽和幼苗生长,高浓度抑制玉米种子发芽和幼苗生长,且随水浸提液浓度的增加抑制效应增强。从化感指数和综合敏感指数来看,在质量浓度为12.5 g∕L和25.0 g∕L时,蚕豆花水浸提液促进玉米幼苗的生长,而其茎、叶水浸提液与其他3种绿肥作物的地上器官水浸提液则抑制玉米幼苗的生长。
The allelopathic effects of water extracts from aboveground organs(stems,leaves,flowers)of 4 green manures(rape,Chinese milk vetch,broad bean and pea)on maize seed germination and seedling growth was studied based on indoor germination experiments with waxy maize variety‘Shenkenuo 602’as material.The results showed that the water extracts from different aboveground organs of 4 green manures had different allelopathic effects on maize seed germination and seedling growth at different concentrations,showing an overall allelopathic pattern of“low promotion and high inhibition”.In other words,low concentration of water extracts promoted maize seed germination and seedling growth,while high concentration of water extracts inhibited maize seed germination and seedling growth,and the inhibitory effects increased with the increase of water extract concentration.In terms of allelopathy index and comprehensive sensitivity index,when the concentration was 12.5 g∕L and 25.0 g∕L,the water extract of broad bean flower promoted the growth of maize seedlings,while the water extracts of stem and leaf and the water extracts of aboveground organs of the other 3 green manures inhibited the growth of maize seedlings.
