摘要
取水泵房作为发电厂房提供冷却用水的重要组成部分,蜗壳更是泵房的核心部分,保证蜗壳混凝土浇筑质量是保证发电厂房运行安全重要环节。该方案专门采用一种定型木模板并结合BIM建模,现场分层分块组装装配,既能保证施工质量,又能保证施工安全。经过工程实际施工发现,蜗壳定型模板是非常可靠的。
The water intake pump house is an important component of providing cooling water for the power plant,and the volute is the core part of the pump house.Ensuring the quality of spiral casing concrete pouring is an important link in ensuring the safe operation of power plants.This plan specifically uses a fixed wooden template and combines BIM modeling to assemble and assemble in layers and blocks on site.It can ensure both construction quality and construction safety.After practical engineering construction,it is found that the spiral casing shaped template is very reliable.
