摘要
目的:观察激痛点针刺法与传统针刺对臀大肌损伤的影响。方法:将80例臀大肌损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予臀大肌激痛点TrP1、TrP2及TrP3针刺治疗,对照组单纯给予传统针刺治疗。两组均隔日治疗1次,每周治疗3次为一疗程,共治疗两个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)、髋关节活动度评分(Hip ROM)以及生活质量评价量表评分(SF-36)。结果:观察组治疗臀大肌疼痛总有效率达92.5%(37/40),高于对照组的87.5%(35/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组VAS评分、Harris评分治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组SF-36评分比较,观察组在改善臀大肌损伤患者生理职能、身体疼痛、总体健康及情感职能方面优于对照组。结论:激痛点针刺法可有效减轻臀大肌损伤患者疼痛症状,改善生活质量,疗效优于传统局部针刺。
Objective:To observe the effect of trigger points acupuncture and traditional acupuncture on gluteus maximus injury.Methods:80 patients with gluteus maximus injury were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with needling trigger points of gluteus maximus TrP1,TrP2 and TrP3,whereas the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture.Both groups were treated once every other day,three times a week for two weeks.Clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.The scores of Visual analogue scale(VAS),hip joint range of motion(Hip ROM)and quality of life assessment scale(SF-36)were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 92.5%(37/40)in the observation group,which was higher than 87.5%(35/40)in the control group(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in VAS scores and Harris scores between before and after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).After the comparison of SF-36 scores between the two groups,it was found that the observation group was superior to the control group in improving the physiological function,body pain,overall health and emotional function of the patients with gluteus maximus injury.Conclusion:Trigger points acupuncture can effectively relieve pain of the patients with gluteus maximus injury,improve their quality of life,and its curative effect is superior to that of traditional acupuncture.
