摘要
原发性失眠是一种持续性的入睡困难及睡眠维持障碍疾病,以不能获得满足的睡眠感为主要特征。针刺治疗PI已取得较好的临床疗效,但其作用机制仍有待探索。rs-fMRI技术具有无创、重复性高与资料稳定等优点,在研究脑功能活动和针刺脑效应方面更具优势。低频振幅、局部一致性和功能连接是常用的分析方法,已被用于研究PI和针刺的中枢作用机制。本研究基于近10年的文献对rs-fMRI在针刺治疗原发性失眠中的应用进行阐述,为揭示针刺治疗PI的大脑相关机制提供了客观依据。
Primary insomnia(PI)is a persistent disorder of difficulty in falling asleep and sleep maintenance,characterized by the inability to obtain a satisfying sense of sleep.Acupuncture has achieved a good clinical efficacy in treating PI,but its action mechanism still needs to be explored.Resting-state functional MRI(rs-fMRI)technique has the advantages of non-invasive,high reproducibility and stable data,which is more advantageous in studying brain functional activity and acupuncture brain effects.Low-frequency amplitude,local coherence and functional connectivity are commonly used analysis methods that have been used to study the central action mechanism of acupuncture in treating PI.This study elaborated on the use of rs-fMRI in acupuncture for primary insomnia based on 10 years of recent literature,providing an objective evidence to reveal the brain-related mechanisms of acupuncture for PI.
