摘要
现代鸡大多品种以快速生长、增重为选育目标,使雏鸡骨骼系统的负担不断增大,造成鸡骨骼发育异常,骨病发病率增加。鸡骨骼生长发育和代谢平衡主要包括膜内骨化、软骨内成骨、骨重建和骨塑建等,会受到遗传、营养、肠道微生物和饲养环境管理等多种因素影响。文章对影响鸡骨骼发育、代谢的多种因素的调控机制进行综述,以期为鸡骨骼发育、骨骼代谢研究及遗传育种提供新思路。
Most modern chicken breeds aim at rapid growth and weight gain,which increases the burden of skeletal system of chicks,resulting in abnormal skeletal development and increased incidence of bone diseases in adult chickens.The growth,development and metabolic balance of chicken bone mainly include intramembranous ossification,endochondral ossification,bone reconstruction and bone plastic construction,which can be affected by many factors such as genetics,nutrition,intestinal microorganisms and feeding environment management.The article reviews the regulatory mechanisms of various factors affecting bone development and metabolism in chickens,in order to provide new ideas for the study of bone development,bone metabolism and genetic breeding of chickens.
