摘要
随着近些年我国互联网信息技术的发展,其技术被应用到了各个行业和领域,给各行业的管理和生产发展都带来了一定程度上的改变。以医学领域为例,由于我国医疗资源的分配不均,导致偏远地区普遍存在“看病难、看病贵”的问题。而互联网相关技术在医院服务模式中的应用在很大程度上缓解了医院资源分配不均的问题。但与此同时,医院的网络化服务的模式也存在一定的风险和问题。在互联网医院运营的过程中,我国并未对其互联网医院诊疗服务的质量监管制定全面有效的法律法规,同时网络信息安全隐患的监测与处理也存在一定问题。为此,本文将针对互联网医院运营中存在的各种问题以及信息安全隐患和法律问题进行分析,并给出相应的解决建议,以供参考。
With the development of Internet information technology in China in recent years,its technology has been applied to various industries and fields,bringing a certain degree of change to the management and production development of each industry.Take the medical field as an example,due to the uneven distribution of medical resources in China,the problem of"difficult and expensive to see a doctor"exists in remote areas.The application of Internetrelated technologies in the hospital service model has largely alleviated the problem of uneven distribution of hospital resources.However,at the same time,there are certain risks and problems in the networked service model of hospitals.In the process of Internet hospital operation,China has not formulated comprehensive and effective laws and regulations for the quality supervision of its Internet hospital diagnosis and treatment services,and there are also certain problems in monitoring and handling the hidden risks of network information security.For this reason,this paper will analyze various problems in the operation of Internet hospitals as well as information security hidden risks and legal issues,and give corresponding solution suggestions for reference.
