摘要
目的分析普通外科临床教学工作中应用案例式教学结合标准化病人的具体措施以及教学效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月在新疆医科大学第二附属医院实习的临床医学专业本科学生80名,随机将学生分组,一组应用案例式教学,共40名,为对照组,另一组应用案例式教学结合标准化病人,共40名,为研究组,对比两组学生的临床实践能力、理论知识得分以及教学满意度。结果研究组学生的操作技能、病历书写、临床思维、理论知识得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生对于普通外科临床教学工作的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在开展普通外科临床教学工作中应用案例式教学结合标准化病人,能够显著提高教学效果,同时提升学生满意度。
Objective To analyze the specific measures and teaching effect of case-based teaching combined with standardized patients in the clinical teaching of general surgery.Methods A total of 80 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine who practiced in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were collected and randomly divided into two groups.40 undergraduate students applied casebased teaching,was set as the control group,and 40 undergraduate students applied case-based teaching combined with standardized patients,was set as the study group.The clinical practice ability,theoretical knowledge score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results The scores of operation skills,medical record writing,clinical thinking and theoretical knowledge of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of students in the study group with the clinical teaching of general surgery was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of case-based teaching combined with standardized patients in the clinical teaching of general surgery can significantly improve the teaching effect and students´satisfaction.
