摘要
目的探讨柴芩感冒退热颗粒治疗病毒性感冒的分子关联机制。方法2021年12月至2022年1月借助整合药理学平台V 2.0版本软件的分析功能,建立柴芩感冒退热颗粒治疗病毒性感冒的多维网络,并将核心成分与关键靶标进行分子对接可视化处理。结果分析发现柴芩感冒退热颗粒治疗病毒性感冒的干预作用可能与Raf激酶抑制蛋白(RKIP)/丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号级联、蛋白磷酸酶2A(PP2A)和即刻早期反应基因(IER3)调节胞内磷脂酰肌醇激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(AKT)信号通路、核受体转录通路、中性粒细胞脱颗粒、FCER受体Ⅰ(FCERⅠ)介导核因子kB(NF-kB)活化、内源性甾醇、磷脂酰肌醇-3,4,5-三磷酸(PI-3,4,5-P3,PIP3)激活AKT信号的调节等有关,并通过分子对接发现化合物香蜂草苷、甘草酸等与靶蛋白作用力较强的化合物分子。结论柴芩感冒退热颗粒通过多种活性成分、多靶点、多通路相互作用发挥治疗病毒性感冒作用。
Objective To explore the molecular correlation mechanism of Chaiqin Ganmao Tuire granule in the treatment of viral cold.Methods From December 2021 to January 2022,a multi-dimensional network of Chaiqin Ganmao Tuire granules in the treatment of viral cold was constructed with the analysis function of integrated pharmacology platform V 2.0 version software,and visualized the molecular docking between core components and key targets was also carried out.Results It was found that the intervention effect of Chaiqin Ganmao Tuire granule in the treatment of viral cold may be related to RAF/MAP kinase signaling cascade,PP2A and IER3 regulating PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,nuclear receptor transcription pathway,neutrophil degranulation,FCERⅠ-mediated NF-kB activation,endogenous sterols,regulation of AKT signaling activated by PIP3,etc.Molecular docking showed that compounds such as didymin,Licorice had strong interaction with target proteins.Conclusion Chaiqin Ganmao Tuire granule play a role in the treatment of viral cold through the interaction of various active components,multiple targets and multiple pathways.
