摘要
目的调查研究影响口岸一线人员工作投入的相关影响因素。方法以2021年1—12月在全国口岸工作的口岸一线工作人员为调查对象,采用问卷调查法,对收集的数据利用皮尔逊相关性分析验证调查的公共服务动机、工作意义、组织支持感和工作投入变量两两之间是否存在线性相关关系,利用回归分析的方法进一步验证公共服务动机、工作意义、组织支持感和工作投入相关性的差异。结果公共服务动机、工作意义与工作投入呈正相关关系,组织支持感对口岸一线人员工作投入的影响不显著。结论增加公共服务动机、工作意义的党性和职业教育,可以促进口岸一线人员的工作投入。
Objective To investigate and study the related factors affecting the job involvement of front-line staff at ports.Methods The front-line staff working at ports in China from January to December 2021 were selected as the survey objects.The questionnaire survey method was adopted to verify whether there was a linear correlation be⁃tween the variables of public service motivation,job significance,organizational support and job involvement by using Pearson correlation analysis.Regression analysis was used to further verify the differences of co-service motivation,Job significance,Organizational support and job engagement.Results Public service motivation,job significance and perceived organizational support were positively correlated with job involvement,while perceived organizational support had no significant effect on job involvement.Conclusion Increasing the motivation of public service,party spirit of work significance and vocational education can promote the work input of front-line staff at ports.
