摘要
为服务国家“双碳”目标和地方经济与社会发展需求,高校需要积极探索和构建“双碳”领域的人才培养机制。该文基于新工科建设的背景,在梳理“双碳”领域人才培养现状和存在问题的基础上,提出从更新人才培养理念、明确人才培养规格、创新人才培养模式、完善课程体系建设和加强课程思政建设五个方面来构建“双碳”领域的国际化人才培养体系。
In order to serve the national strategy of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals"and the needs of social and economic development,universities need to explore a mechanism for cultivating relevant talents.Based on discussing the current situation and existing problems of talent cultivation in this field as well as the construction of new engineering disciplines,this paper proposes five suggestions to construct a system for talent cultivation in the"double carbon"field,namely,to update the educational philosophy of talent cultivation,to define the specifications of talent cultivation,to innovate the mode of talent cultivation,to promote the construction of curricular system,and to strengthen curriculum-based moral education.
