摘要
随着科研领域数字化程度不断提升,传统的档案管理模式已无法有效满足现代高校发展需求,为此高校应积极投入资金完善硬件基础设施建设,持续强化档案人员管理技能培训,并制定切实高效的相关档案管理制度,从而实现科学合理地建设校内资源共享平台,促进科研档案管理的高效化、便捷化和规范化。科研档案管理的信息化建设不仅有效提升高校自身的科研管理水平,同时有助于服务于本校科技发展,提升档案资源利用效率。
With the continuous improvement of the digitization degree in the field of scientific research,the traditional archives management model has been unable to effectively meet the development needs of modern colleges and universities.Therefore,colleges and universities should actively invest funds to improve the construction of hardware infrastructure,continuously strengthen the training of archivists in management skills,and formulate effective and efficient archives management systems,so as to achieve a scientific and reasonable construction of an on-campus resource sharing platform,and promote the efficiency,convenience and standardization of scientific research archives management.The informatization construction of scientific research archive management not only effectively improves the level of scientific research management of colleges and universities,but also helps to serve the scientific and technological development and improve the efficiency of the utilization of archive resources.
