我国职业教育数字技能发展的实践进路——以浙江省为例 被引量:5

Exploration and Practice of the Development of Vocational Education Digital Skills:A Case Study of Zhejiang Province

摘要 职业教育数字化转型是产业领域数字化转型和教育领域数字化转型协同驱动的必然结果,数字技能人才培养是职业教育数字化转型的重点行动领域之一。基于对职业教育数字化转型和职业教育数字技能发展的学理认识和价值意蕴探讨,研究分析浙江省职业教育数字技能发展的实践进路,通过梳理浙江省职业教育数字技能发展的政策文本,考察浙江省职业教育数字化基础设施建设、数字化学习平台建设、数字化学习资源建设等职业教育数字化支撑情况,以及3所职业院校数字技能人才培养情况,分析浙江的经验与优势,不足与挑战。为应对挑战,政策层面上需出台职业教育数字技能发展专项规划;专业保障层面上需研制职业教育数字技能标准框架,开发“微证书”;运行机制层面上需建立多元主体参与的协同培养机制,推进数字技能人才培育生态圈建设。 The digital transformation of vocational education is an inevitable result of the coordinated driving of digital transformation in the industrial and educational fields.The cultivation of digitally skilled talents is one of the key action areas for the digital transformation of vocational education.Based on the theoretical understanding and value implications of the digital transformation of vocational education and the development of digital skills in vocational education,this study analyzes the exploration and practice of the development of digital skills in vocational education in Zhejiang Province.It examines digital infrastructure construction,digital learning platform construction,and digital learning resource construction to support vocational education in Zhejiang Province,as well as the training of digitally skilled talents in three vocational colleges.The study analyzes the experience,inadequacies,advantages,and challenges of Zhejiang.To address these challenges,a special plan for the development of digital skills in vocational education should be formulated at the policy level.A framework of digital skill standards for vocational education should be developed,and micro-certificates should be developed at the professional security level.At the operational level,a collaborative training mechanism involving multiple stakeholders should be established to promote the construction of an ecosystem for the cultivation of digitally skilled talents.
