摘要
目的:探究目标导向标准护理在脓毒症患者中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2021年6月至2022年6月期间接诊的42例脓毒症患者开展研究,随机抽签法分为对照组(常规护理)、观察组(在常规护理基础上采取基于目标导向的标准护理),各组21例,对比护理效果(肾功能、氧合指数、并发症、预后情况)。结果:护理后,观察组血肌酐、氧合功能较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);观察组APACHE-Ⅱ评分、SOFA评分、并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:基于目标导向的标准护理可改善患者肾功能、氧合功能,减少并发症,促进预后恢复。
Objective:To explore the application effect of goal-oriented standard nursing in patients with sepsis.Methods:A study was conducted on 42 patients with sepsis who were admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022.They were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(goal-oriented standard nursing on the basis of routine nursing),with 21 patients in each group.The nursing effects(renal function,oxygenation index,complications,and prognosis)were compared.Results:After nursing,the blood creatinine and oxygenation function in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05);The APACHE-Ⅱ score,SOFA score,and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Goal-oriented standard nursing can improve patients'renal function and oxygenation function,reduce complications,and promote prognosis recovery.
