摘要
以西藏自治区天然林资源保护工程二期2020年自治区级复查的有关数据和资料为基础,实地调研工程区的天保工程建设情况。结果显示:工程区的建设成效显著,各级管理单位能很好地履行职责,管护情况良好,生态效益显著提高,公众环保意识增强;但在资金使用、管护人员安排上也存在一些问题。同时分析存在问题的原因并提出相应建议,以期为科学实施天保工程管护和提高管理实效提供依据。
Base on relevant data of 2020 autonomous region level reexamination for Tibet natural forest resources protection project Phase II,and according to field investigation and research on the construction of project,the results show that this project has achieved a remarkable success,a good duty implementation of management units in various levels,a good protected condition,an improved ecological benefit,and an increased public awareness of environmental protection,but some problems in fund use,arrangement on management and protection personnel.This paper also analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions,so as to provide basis for the scientific implementation of the management and maintenance of the natural protection project and improve its management effectiveness.
