振荡螺杆钻具内部流场仿真分析及室内试验

摘要 为了探究振荡螺杆中动阀片的旋转角度对内部流场的影响规律,同时确定工具样机在不同排量下的关键性能参数,以上接头和振荡短节之间的流体域作为研究对象,建立流体仿真物理模型,研究动阀片在0°~360°范围内旋转时,动静阀片通孔处的过流面积、阀心运动轨迹、静阀片进出口压降随角度的变化规律,以及阀孔直径对压降和振荡力的影响规律。利用自主研制的螺杆钻具整体测试系统对振荡螺杆样机在15~38 L/s排量下的关键性能参数进行了测试。研究结果表明:动阀片偏心旋转1周,阀心运动轨迹以45°为周期,其轨迹形态呈中心对称分布的“花瓣型”;通孔处有效过流面积和静阀片进出口压降以50°为周期从最大值至最小值交替变化;室内测试结果确定了常用排量条件下的性能参数范围,验证了振荡螺杆样机的可靠性和稳定性。研究结果可为振荡螺杆的结构优化设计提供参考。 In order to explore the influence of the rotation angle of moving valve plate in the oscillating positive displacement motor on the internal flow field and simultaneously determine the key performance parameters of the prototype at different displacements,taking the fluid domain between the upper joint and the oscillating nipple as the research object,a fluid simulation physical model was built to study the open area at the through-hole of moving and dead valve plates,the movement trajectory of valve core,the variation of pressure drop between the inlet and outlet of the dead valve plate with angle and the influence of valve orifice diameter on pressure drop and oscillation force when the moving valve plate rotates within the range of 0°-360°.Moreover,the overall testing system of positive displacement motor developed independently was used to test the key performance parameters of the prototype of oscillating positive displacement motor at a displacement range of 15-38 L/s.The study results show that the moving valve plate rotates eccentrically for one cycle,and the movement trajectory of the valve core takes 45°as the cycle,the trajectory exhibits a central symmetrically distributed“petal shape”;the effective open area at the through-hole and the pressure drop between the inlet and outlet of the dead valve plate alternate from maximum to minimum in a cycle of 50°;and the laboratory test results determine the performance parameter range under common displacement conditions,verifying the reliability and stability of the prototype of oscillating positive displacement motor.The study results provide reference for the structural optimization design of oscillating positive displacement motor.
