摘要
为提升羽毛球发球机发球速度的控制精准度,设计基于无线传感技术的羽毛球发球机速度自动控制系统。系统包括观测控制单元、视觉处理单元、关节FPGA控制器、执行机构、嵌入式处理器。各执行机构的位置与电流等运行信息、羽毛球轨迹信息和控制指令均采用无线传感技术传输,利用非均匀部署方案延长无线传感网络生存周期。利用模糊PID控制算法结合对转双轮理论发射模块控制羽毛球发球速度。仿真结果显示:该系统可准确采集发球机的电动研究对象执行机构运行信息,准确控制发球速度和精度,响应时间较快,从而提升用户的使用感受。
To improve the accuracy of the speed control of the badminton server,a wireless sensing technology based automatic speed control system for the badminton server is designed.The system includes an observation control unit,a visual processing unit,a joint FPGA controller,an executing mechanism,and an embedded processor.The position and current of each actuator,as well as the badminton trajectory information and control instructions are all transmitted by using wireless sensing technology and non-uniform deployment schemes to extend the lifespan of the wireless sensor network.Using the fuzzy PID control algorithm combined with the counter rotating dual wheel theory,it realizes the launch module to control the badminton serve speed.The simulation results show that the system can accurately collect the operating information of the electric actuator of the serving machine,accurately control the serving speed and accuracy,and have a fast response time,thereby improving the user's user experience.
