摘要
本文采用切割法和应变测试技术对机车车轴残余应力进行现场测试,通过测试数据计算出车轴表面的圆周残余应力及表面下2mm处的残余应力,测试方法理论完善,结果准确可靠。机车车轴残余应力的测试为全面掌握车轴残余应力提供依据,进而为热处理工艺参数控制提供参考。
Cutting method and strain testing technology to conduct on-site testing of residual stress on locomotive axles are used in this paper.Through the test data,the circumferential residual stress on the surface of the axle and the residual stress at 2mm below the surface are further calculated.The testing method is theoretically sound and the results are accurate and reliable.The testing of residual stress on locomotive axles provides a basis for comprehensive understanding of residual stress on axles,and thus provides a reference for controlling heat treatment process parameters.
