摘要
为挖掘数据潜在信息,助力境外铁路业务的管理、决策和创新,设计中老(中国—老挝)铁路智能决策支持服务平台,该平台具有多维度的专业级铁路运输运营决策服务、基础设施运营维护决策服务、设备设施病害决策服务、资产管理决策服务及指标服务分析等功能。通过在中老铁路的实际应用效果表明,该平台全面汇集了中老铁路管理运行实时数据,实现了多维度的专业级铁路数据分析和智能预警,为中老铁路的运营管理提供了有力支撑。
To explore the potential information of data and assist in the management,decision-making,and innovation of overseas railway business,this paper designed the intelligent decision-making support service platform of China-Laos Railway.The platform has multi-dimensional professional railway transportation operation decision-making services,infrastructure operation and maintenance decision-making services,equipment and facility disease decision-making services,asset management decision-making services,and indicator service analysis functions.The actual application effect in China-Laos Railway shows that the platform comprehensively gathers the real-time data of the management and operation of the China-Laos Railway,implements multi-dimensional professional railway data analysis and intelligent early warning,and provides a strong support for the operation and management of the China-Laos Railway.
