摘要
乳腺癌是全世界女性中常见的恶性肿瘤,严重危害女性身体健康。长链非编码RNA(Long Non-Coding RNA,LncRNA)在乳腺癌组织或细胞系中表达异常,参与多条信号通路的调控,在乳腺癌发生和发展中起着促进或抑制作用,某些特异性LncRNA亦可参与治疗耐药。该文就LncRNA在乳腺癌中的表达以及相关作用进行综述。
Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor in women all over the world,which seriously endangers women’s health.Long Non-Coding RNA(LncRNA)is abnormally expressed in breast cancer tissues or cell lines and is involved in the regulation of multiple signaling pathways,playing a role in promoting or inhibiting the occurrence and development of breast cancer.Some specific lncrnas can also participate in the treatm ent of drug res istance.This review reviews the expression and related roles of LncRNA in breast cancer.
