摘要
设计了一副两板式热流道模具,用作磁场罩塑件的注塑成型。模具采用1模2腔布局,单腔采用单点热浇口、几何中心位置进浇的方式浇注,保证了塑件模腔得到充分充填。为实现塑件的自动脱模,单腔设置了5个脱模机构,主要包括2个侧面斜导柱滑块机构、2个侧面油缸驱动滑块机构和1个斜顶机构。侧面斜导柱滑块机构中,1个机构为2次抽芯滑块机构,机构利用楔紧块上的竖直延迟面的延迟作用,保证主滑块先完成抽芯,再由主滑块带动圆柱接插孔镶件完成第二次抽芯。模具结构设计按照浇注-脱模-冷却-排气-布局-整体结构的设计思路进行,能有效地减少模具结构设计失误。
A 2-plate hot runner mold was designed for the injection molding of the magnetic field cover plastic part.The mold adopt a 1 mold 2 cavity layout,and the single-cavity was gated with a single-point hot gate geometric central position gating method to ensure that the plastic part mold cavity was fully filled.The single cavity was equipped with 5 demoulding mechanisms for automatic demoulding of plastic parts.In the design of 5 demoulding mechanisms,there were 2 side angle pin slider mechanisms,2 side hydraulic-cylinder driven slider mechanisms and 1 lifter mechanism.In the angle pin slider mechanism,one of the mechanisms was a double core-pulling slider mechanism.The mechanism used the delay effect of the vertical delay surface on the wedge block to ensure that the main slider first completed the core-pulling,and then the sliding block did driven the cylindrical connecting socket insert to complete the second core pulling.The mold structure design was carried out in accordance with the design ideas of gating-demoulding-cooling-exhaust-layout-overall structure,which could effectively reduce the mistakes in mold structure design.
